If you’re trying to change your password or forgot it. Below are the steps that may help you.

Click the “forgot your username or password?” in the login box.
Next, supply the needed fields, such as your registered username or email.
Then, check your email inbox or spam folder. It will send you a new link wherein you can change your password.
Note: The link is valid for 1 hour from when it was first requested. If the time exceeds, kindly try the process mentioned above again.

If the account email or password is incorrect, an error message will pop up. Please make sure that the information is correct to the best of your knowledge.
We suggest you copy-paste the password to the login box for first-time users to avoid incorrectly typing it. The learning management system uses computer-generated passwords with a combination of alphanumeric and special characters (e.g. &*.,(/#”@!). In doing this, please use the keyboard shortcut key for copy and paste as our system has disabled the right-click button.
If the information is correct and you click the login button only to be redirected back to the login page, please either clear out your browser’s cache and cookies or try using a different browser.
The best way to test this is using a Private/Incognito window, as this will not use any previously saved information to log in.
